Frequently asked questions
Get answers to common questions about visa applications, requirements, and processes.
How does the visa application process work?
Pick your nationality and destination, complete a short online form, pay the service and government fees, and upload your documents. Our advisors review everything, book any required appointments, and track your application through to a decision.
What documents do I need for my visa application?
Documents vary by destination but typically include a valid passport, residence card (if applicable), proof of funds, travel itinerary, and accommodation arrangements. After you start, we send you a personalised checklist for your specific case.
How long does the visa application process take?
Processing times depend on the destination — UK ETA can be issued in days, Schengen visas usually 2–4 weeks, US visas 3–8 weeks depending on consulate interview availability. Each visa page shows current processing times.
What are your service fees and payment options?
Our service fee is shown upfront, separate from government consular fees. We accept major credit/debit cards, MB Way, SEPA transfer, and PayPal. There are no hidden charges and no markup on government fees.
Which countries do you provide visa services for?
We process visas to 60+ destinations including the UK, USA, Schengen, Canada, Australia, UAE, Japan, Turkey, Brazil and more. If your destination is not on our list, contact us — we likely still cover it through our partner network.
What is your success rate for visa applications?
Our worldwide approval rate is 99% across completed applications between 2023 and 2025. The rate varies slightly by destination and visa category — we share the up-to-date number for your specific case during the eligibility review.
What happens if my visa application is refused?
We offer Denial Protection: if your visa is refused for a reason within our scope, we prepare a new application at no additional service fee. Government fees are not refundable, but we do not charge you again.
Do you offer online consultations and remote services?
Yes. The entire process is online — eligibility check, application, document upload, status tracking. The only step that requires you in person is a consulate biometric or interview appointment, which we book for you.
Do you provide expedited or urgent visa services?
For destinations that allow expedited processing (US emergency appointments, UK priority visa), we can fast-track your application. We are upfront about realistic timelines and never promise what the consulate cannot deliver.
How can I schedule a consultation and get started?
